Adults and children from 12 years of age: 6 capsules twice daily or 12 capsules once a day
Drink with sufficient fluid, preferably after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

RECOMMENDATIONS:
Take the preparation for 2 or 3 months. Treatment is possible to repeat three times a year. Do not interrupt ongoing treatment. CONTINUOUS ADMINISTRATION IS POSSIBLE. Cartilage is created by 70 % of water bound in a gel of proteoglycans kept in the collagen fibers net. Therefore an adequate fluid intake is important. 0,03 l of water per a kilogram of a man´s weight is optimum for hydration of joint cartilages.
