Orling s.r.o. values your trust very much and aims to protect your personal data during processing. Orling s.r.o. processes all personal data exclusively in accordance with the laws governing personal data protection requirements. We would like to inform you about personal data processing that is applied when you visit Orling s.r.o.

Processing of personal data in connection with the purchase of goods through e-shop

When goods are purchased at www.orling.cz, Orling s.r.o. will process the customer's personal data including the customer’s name, surname, e-mail address, telephone and the delivery address. If an order is placed from abroad Orling also processes banking information.

The processing of the above personal information of the given customer is done by Orling s.r.o. for the purpose of fulfilling the concluded Purchase contract, to deliver the ordered goods and to protect their rights and legitimate interests protected by the law against any legal disputes arising out of the concluded purchase contracts.

Orling s.r.o. shall process the above customer data for 10 years following the conclusion of the relevant purchase contract.

Orling alone will process customer personal data. When the goods are delivered to the address specified in the order, Orling s.r.o. will also provide the personal data of the customer to the shipper and within the following extend: name, surname, telephone number, and the delivery address.

Processing of personal data in terms of inquiries and complain handling

To answer questions ORLING s.r.o. will process personal data of the person who has submitted the inquiry. Personal data provided in this way will be processed by Orling s.r.o. only within the necessary (provided) scope and only until the inquiry is resolved. This personal information is provided to Orling s.r.o. voluntarily. This type of processing is done without any consent, because without knowing this information Orling would not be able to resolve the inquiry.

If a claim is made, Orling s.r.o. will process personal data with the intention to resolve the claim. A legal basis for the processing of personal data is the fulfilment of contractual and statutory obligations of Orling s.r.o. and therefore it is a processing of personal data that does not require the consent of the person submitting the claim. In connection with the claim handling process, Orling s.r.o. will also process personal data for the purpose of protecting its rights and based on the right of protected interests, should a dispute arise from the given claim. Also in this case no consent is required. The time and extent of personal data processing done for the purpose of resolving the given claim is based on the statutory obligation of Orling s.r.o. to resolve the complaint/claim.

Processing of the received personal data will be performed by Orling s.r.o. alone.

Personal data protection rights

When personal data are processed by Orling s.r.o. there is no decision made only on the basis of automated processing.

Data subjects may exercise the following rights in connection with the processing of their personal data:

• the right to access their personal data (free of charge and upon request) which are processed by Orling s.r.o.;
   
• right to have their processed personal data protected;
   
• right to have their processed personal data deleted;
   
• right to restrict the processing of their personal data;
   
• right to portability of personal data;
   

Data subjects are also entitled to object against processing of their personal data if the legal basis of the processing are legitimate interests of Orling s.r.o.
