Gelacan^® Senior is a veterinary product - a nutraceutical with bioactive collagen peptides and herbal extracts for the nutrition and regeneration of the musculoskeletal system and for the overall strengthening and vitalization of the dog's organism.

Bioactive collagen peptides increase collagen synthesis, nourish and regenerate articular cartilage, tendons, ligaments and bones, thus alleviating the effects of previous malnutrition or joint damage, preventing further cartilage loss, contributing to improved mobility and pain relief. Collagen is the basic substance of articular cartilage and determines its mechanical properties, especially strength and elasticity. Collagen peptides influence cell activity towards the synthesis of the physiological type of collagen.

Phytoformula with a vitalizing effect:

Bromelain contains a complex of proteolytic enzymes that contribute to the alleviation of inflammatory processes and positively affect the immune system. It helps to speed up healing and overall regeneration of the body.

Sea buckthorn, thanks to its high concentration of active ingredients, has significant biostimulating effects, supports the immune system, acts as a general tonic and is very suitable for convalescence and vitalization of the body in older dogs.

Acai palm fruits contain high amounts of anthocyanins and flavonoids, which are strong antioxidants and protect the body from stress caused by free radicals.

Ginkgo biloba dilates blood vessels and increases blood flow, and is suitable for preventing cell damage caused by degenerative diseases associated with aging. Silymarin is a mixture of flavonoids from milk thistle seeds. Silymarin has a high antioxidant capacity and has a protective and regenerative effect on liver tissue.

Horsetail contains a high amount of bioavailable silicon, has a healing effect, increases the elasticity and strength of collagen - connective tissues.

Fennel fruits have a positive effect on the digestive system, help improve the secretion of digestive juices and stimulate intestinal peristalsis.

Selenium has a significant positive effect on the process of rheumatoid inflammation. Together with vitamin E, they positively affect the course of osteoarthritis and help reduce pain. They act as powerful antioxidants and protect the body from the harmful effects of free radicals.

Vitamin C is important for the normal production and function of all connective tissues. It acts as an antioxidant, supports immunity and helps eliminate fatigue.

Composition in daily dose per 10 kg of dog: bioactive collagen peptides 1245 mg, Bromelain 20 mg, Sea buckthorn extract 50 mg, Acai extract 50 mg, Equisetum arvense extract 50 mg, Milk thistle extract 30 mg, Ginkgo biloba extract 15 mg, Foesniculum vulgare extract 10 mg, selenium 5 mcg, vitamin C 15 mg, vitamin E 5 mg

Recommended dosage: 1,5 g per 10 kg of dog's weight

Method of administration: Administer the product to regenerate the musculoskeletal system and to strengthen the overall body of dogs.

Measure the daily dose according to the dog's weight. Pour the product into the feed and pour in an appropriate amount of water to mix the product into the feed.

The product should be administered daily for at least 2 months. It is advisable to repeat the course 2-3 times a year. Continuous administration is possible.
